A mysterious new villain known only as Hush uses a gallery of villains to destroy Batman's crime-fighting career as well as Bruce Wayne's personal life, which has been further complicated by a relationship with Selina Kyle/Catwoman.
In line with other DC animated movies after Flashpoint (not counting Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay which was excellent) but still not nearly as bad as Reign of Superman. For the adaptation of one of the most famous comic book titles I expected more. A lot of stuff was changed from the book too, including my favorite part - Batman interrogating the Riddler at the end which was actually completely cut out. And Riddler apparently has the sniper aim like Deadshot and staff fighting skills like Robin. Voice acting was decent for the most part, except for Joker and Lex which were bad. Villains also appear just shoehorned in the movie with barely any valid connection which is why the famous scene with Batman beating the hell out of Joker doesn't really have any weight.
